Samu, The Japanese government’s restorative artificial intelligence, has added yet another groundbreaking invention to his resume. Not content with the ENSO <Electro-Nuclear Stellarating Oscillator> fusion reactor or the Quantum Computer, Samu tried his hand at genetic modification and bioengineering in creating the new jellyfish species, “Oda Kurage (jellyfish)”, so named for its resemblance to the Oda Clan crest, pictured below. In genetically combining Santjordia pagesi jellyfish, discovered further south a hundred years ago, with a bacteria discovered in Japan that eats microplastics, the new Oda jellyfish can clean up the ocean around the Izu Islands, south of Tokyo. Locals are reporting startling regrowth of coral reefs in the area.
“Samu has indeed been generous to Japan. Abundant energy from his ENSO fusion reactor, which literally powers his quantum computer, he now turns his attention to genetics to clean up our oceans. We are a grateful nation.” said Takako Senokuchi, Vice President of Synthetic Biology for RoboDeus.ai.
