On launch day, November 3rd, the e-book pre-order discount will be over and the hardcover will be available on that Amazon page. I selected November 3rd because it is Japan Culture Day, where Japan celebrates its culture with festivals, free museum and art gallery admission, and awards to artists of all stripes who further Japanese culture. Since my book is full of examples of Japanese culture, I thought it was the perfect day to launch.
It’s a cyberpunk sci-fi action-adventure techno thriller of 92,000 words (380 pages).
Here’s the map I made for the book. I’m also going to post it to the web site (FF7.com) and try to make it interactive, as if it’s a future Google Maps.
I made this in Affinity Designer 2, with a real map of Tokyo from Snazzymaps.com. The original is 10,000px wide so I can print posters of it later.
