The market for smart speakers really blew up with the popularization of generative AI. Amazon upgraded it’s Alexa, Apple it’s Siri, and Google it’s… Google, but chatGPT didn’t have hardware in the home, so it bought Roomba. No better way to bring generative AI to the masses than through their vacuum cleaners.
